UTF8 AND Russian

Hi, Today i`m install Confluense and Russian characters cant show coreect: we visible as ??? characters. DB charset is UTF-8, Index Language is Russian, Confluence lang is Russian. In Tomcat config charset it UTF-8.

Hi,

do you see question marks in the UI labels (such as buttons) or in the content? When you edit a page, I assume you can see the Russian characters correctly, right? When the page is saved, do you see the question marks instead of the text you typed in the Edit mode?

Solved with reinstall confluence and recreate database.
