Unable to take confluence backup

Whenever I am trying to create a backup for confluence, I am not able to create the same. Below error is thrown.
Could you please help me resolve the same?

If you would like to receive support from Atlassian's support team, ask your Confluence administrator to create a support issue on Atlassian's support system with the following information:

a copy of the application logs (if possible).
Your Confluence administrator can use the support request form to create a support ticket which will include this information.
We will respond as promptly as possible.

Hi @Priyanka Karguppikar , 

 

the error seems to indicate an issue with your HOME_DIRECTORY : 

java.io.IOException: No such file or directory

 

Can you check in your home directory if the folder "export" exists and if the permissions are correctly set ?
