In user management When we have selected NO SELF SIGNUP, there is no way to track if the user has signed up as the option of "send email to site administrator when user signs up" cannot be selected. This option is only available when We allow anyone can sign up or allow following domains to signup. Hence Confluence has no way to monitor if a user is actually signed up and using it. we are facing this issue with our 200 odd team members.

To check whether a user has logged in yet you may view the user's details under Confluence Admin>Users. The last login date is displayed when you view the user.
