User profiles displaying in team page differently - how to fix

Hi guys,

I have a team page where it shows a snapshot of our team with links to our emails as well as the products we manage. It's driving me bonkers that I cannot figure out why one team members name displays with an "@" on it. When I edit, it appears normal. Any hints?

1. Is this the User Profile Macro?
2. What version of Confluence are you using?
3. Can you tell if there's a difference between the users profiles who display with an @ symbol and not?
