Viewtracker plugin displays this as user name: $userAccessor.getUser("$user.getUsername()").getFullName(). How do I fix this issue?

In the Viewtracker plugin, one of the user names is displaying as $userAccessor.getUser("$user.getUsername()").getFullName(). Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?

Hi Rosemary,

Do you mind to share the username? The issue might be related to some character in the username. Try to run the Confluence Encoding Test to see if you have set you encoding properly.

The user name displays as:

$userAccessor.getUser("$user.getUsername()").getFullName().

All other user names display properly.
