Vote Macro: When voting getting error

My user is using the Vote Macro version 2.9.2. She can successfully vote but no one else can. When anyone else votes, the get the error below. There are no restrictions on the page and the Vote Macro configuration option "List of Voters" is empty. As you can see there is no actual error message. The confluence version is 5.5.6.

Hi Richard,

This sounds like a bug. I was able to find an old answer with the same behavior, and using the plugin version 2.8.1 fixed the problem, but you are using a newer version.

I do recommend to check if you can replicate the same behavior with the 2.8.1

This other answer might help as well. if not, please check with the plugin vendor if they do have a existing bug within this version.
