I'm demo-ing Jira and Confluence (on deamnd) and I want to download the SalesForce plugin for Confluence but I don't see it listed under User Installed Plug-ins or System plugins. Where can I find it?

The SalesForce plugin is made by CustomWare and is described here: http://wiki.customware.net/repository/display/AtlassianPlugins/Salesforce.com+Confluence+Plugin However, it may not be allowed for use with Confluence OnDemand. See policy details here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Atlassian+OnDemand+Plugin+Policy

The SalesForce plugin for Confluennce is listed under 'Direct Purchase Commerical PLugins'. I've gone to the Customware website and downloaded the SalesForce Connector but I'm not sure how that is applied to my on-demand Confluence instance.
