Will Confluence performance decrease during space import and export?

Hello,

I've been doing some searching around and haven't found any information about this. Will Confluence import and export affect the user's abilities to use Confluence? Will Confluence simply slow down, or will it lock users out completely?

If you export or import Spaces, you still can access Confluence.

The server sure takes a hit but it really depends on your system ressources and size of the imported/exported space if your users will notice it or not.
