Hello All:  Please let me know if we can create a vlookup or graph/chart with the data from the tables on a confluence page. are they are any tools/apps that could help me achieve this?

There is a Table Transformer that can lookup tables. It supports SQL queries as well. This macro is shipped with Table Filter and Charts app.
