I followed the directions documented at https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/running-confluence-over-ssl-or-https-161203.html, using OPTION 2. I installed my CA provided certificate into the keystore and updated the server.xml config file, but the SSL certificate offered when hitting HTTPS is NOT the same certificate that I imported. Rather, it appears to be a self-signed one instead.
I've also tried following the direction from the CA at https://support.comodo.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/1080/0/tomcat-ssl-certificate-installation, but adding keyAlias prevented the site from being accessed via HTTPS.
I'm running a Fedora server and am specifying the keystore location.
