automatic of jira issues filter in confluence

Judy Braddick June 12, 2015

I created a page in confluence that has 15 JIRA filters. Each filter contains content that changes over time. I don't see a way to configure a timed refresh for the filter the way I can in JIRA on a dashboard. Is there a solution, or am I missing something?

There is no configuration relating to 'timed refresh' of the JIRA Issues Macro. I do not see an open issue request, a related one was opened when Confluence 5 came out but was closed as most functionality was still in flux it seems. You could open a new feature suggestion against the "jira-issues-macro" component in the Confluence project at jira.atlassian.com.

Next, if you are on Confluence Server, you can define macros yourself using the User Macro functionality. See this Answer: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/4032
