can not install bin file

Hi all,

Why I can not install confluence atlassian-confluence-4.2.1-x64.bin install file at ubuntu x386 environment? It show message

Hi @Anderson Hsu 

It sounds like you’re trying to run the installer on a 32 bit OS. The installer is a 64 bit binary, and as such the older 32 bit system can’t interpret it.

Instead of using the installer, you can download the .tar.gz archive file distribution and manually install it. See this article for more detailed guidance on how you can do that: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/installing-confluence-on-linux-from-archive-file-255362363.html
