copy templates that use sections

I was reading this post on copying templates https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/143278/how-do-you-copy-a-template

but the answer, which is to use CTRL+A to select all doesn't work in Confluence 5.5 if the page has sections. Is there any other way to copy templates?
