I have connected JIRA and Confluence. I am using the issues/filter view which places the content in a table format.
I would like to have some columns available that I can edit inline.
Is that possible?

unfortunately, you can't! Jira Issues macro reports a status of ticket in JIRA and you can't provide an inline editing from Confluence side.
