easymind plugin unable to import

Hi,
I use the plugin EasyMind for the mindmap.
I would like to import a work done with Xmind. If I have the rights access "administrator", there is any problem, I can import it by the attachments link. (printsceen 1 )

But if I am not admin, I can't. I don't see the Attachments link ? (printsceen 2 )

I thinks it's a trouble with the access rights parameters. Could you help me.
