how to disable download the video file？

we upload many videos (such as .mp4) for users in confluence.  but we don't want users download those viedios.  how can I prohibit users to download it.

I try to "disable download the attachament" from this page , and it works. 

But for the vedio file, once I click right mouse on the vedio,  it can been downloade by "Save video as".

其中Hide attachment button、Hide the download button on the preview page 确实生效了，但disable right mouse click这个似乎没有生效， 所以在观看视频的也没依然可以点击右键选择另存为来下载视频文件，而且multimedia中的视频右下角还有个菜单可以选择下载。

另外如我之前所述，这个无法完全禁止的，使用浏览器插件是可以用不同方法把视频获取到本地的。

按照How to disable attachment downloadsz在confluence服务器端修改了listattachmentsforspace.vm 和attachments-table.vm， 重启了服务，但并没有生效。

通常来看，设置禁止用户下载大部分都是为了信息安全考虑，但通过工具来限制下载并不是目的，而是手段。

尚且不说浏览器无法控制，即便可限制下载，也无法控制用户用手机录屏、录屏软件等去抓取这部分视频。

我的建议：

1.通过企业内部信息安全规则的宣传，让用户知道什么可以做，什么不可以做。

2.哪一些是安全的红线，越线后会有哪些后果？需要公示，定期在企业内部宣导。

3.同时通过技术措施，例如网络监控，禁止外接U盘，外发邮件的白名单，敏感信息扫描和用户操作日志跟踪，等多重维度来保护企业数据的安全性。

还是需要和你的团队说请工具能做什么，不能做什么，而不是完全依赖工具。

BTW, atlassian also provides a setting to disable global download, but as long as the video can be played online, users can always get the locally cached video through the browser plug-in
