is there a way i can reply to notification

hi , I am looking for an option to reply for notification. for e.g when I am watching a blog/page whenever user commented on blog/page, will receive a notification. would like to reply to that notification and reply should  go and add it to comments. will that possible?

@SumaRamki Not sure if it integrates with the built-in email notifications of Confluence in a manner that you can reply to it directly. However, "Send Email To Page" plugin does have feature that comments can be added by sending email to an address defined for a Confluence page:
