is there a way of scripting Spaces import and export in confluence?

Hi, 

My end goal here is to find a solution on scripting the spaces export from one instance and import it to another instance (both are server/data center) .

There are more than 300 spaces and doing it manually  would cost me weeks.

I'm trying to find a solution without purchasing third party plugins like CLI.

If anyone has done it or doing it  please can you share me the way to do it ?

You might want to check the script attached in the below KB. I have never tried it myself and not sure how it works but the KB has details. I hope it helps you. You might want to test the same.
