jira and confluence running slow

Hi All

 I was just wondering if you can help me solve the configuration issue because I'm running out of ideas.

When I log in，jira shows --The health check was unable to complete within the timeout of 20000ms.

However, when I go to the system to check the application link is normal, it only occasionally times out。

Then our JIRA and conference systems always load the page very slowly. After checking, it's not the problem of network speed. Who has a good opinion? How should I check？

I found out why our domain name is bound to two IP addresses
