Do you have any macros embedded in the page to automatically display the directory tree? Such as Page Tree, Children Display, etc.
By the way, this screenshot looks so familiar, where did you take it from?
@Ollie Guan It's not really from production confluence, and it's not easy to get screenshot from production. I imitate related screenshot.
Condition: It can automatically update at 7/3, but after 7/3 , it can not automatically page content although someone have add new page.

1. Confirm which macro is used by the parent page, delete this macro and reload this macro and publish the page to see if the problem is solved?
2. Create a new page and embed the macro, can the page tree be displayed normally?
3. Rebuild the index and observe whether the problem is resolved?
