plugin backup and restore

Dear partners, 

If we would like to restore our production server plugin to lab environment as shown as below

After we restore production database to lab environment, but it doesn't show these plugins in lab confluence. How can we fix it ? Thanks a lot.

Hello Hsu Yao Chang,

To create a Test instance from production, you can follow this article:

Many add-ons do keep their data for the plugin on the database, but keep in mind you will still need to activate the necessary plugins in Marketplace since each instance requires a license.

Thanks for your kindly reply. If I use the way to restore database as shown as below:

There's a PLUGINDATA table that stores some of that information. However, it really depends on the add-on.

However, you should just be able to restore the database fully, and then re-enable the add-ons you want in Universal Plugin Manager. Wherever the provider of the add-on has chosen to store that data it should re-connect once you enable it.
