"Add Child Page" and "Reorder Pages" no longer show on the parent pages that have child pages in Confluence 4.3.2

These show up up in the 3.5 but they dont in 4.3.2. Was this feature removed?

Hey yeah, I've got a lot of people wondering where the Reorder Pages link went after upgrading from 3.5.6 to 4.3.7. I realize they can go to Tools -> View in Hierarchy, but it's a little annoying you removed a feature that seemed useful.
