the change history for any given space

Is there any way to find the change change history for any given space  in Confluence ?

Hi Ron,

If you click on the ellipses on the top right you should see a menu item "page history." That will bring up a screen that shows all the versions of the page. Clicking on one will open that version. From there you can compare it with the current version, navigate between versions, etc.

what about at space level, whether can see any history

You may find what you need in the audit log the Application Settings...go to Site Administration, Application Settings (select Confluence) and scroll down to the Audit Log in the Administration section.
