Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×We have pages in confluence with workflows, see markup below. I updated the group members of aqms-approvers in Crowd but the change is not reflected in the existing pages. The dropdown list of names still displays the previous members. Any ideas on any steps that I might be missing? Thanks!

Hello jnet,
Are you talking about the AdHoc Workflow plugin for Confluence?
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.comalatech.workflow
If so it might be a good idea to drop a ticket into their support system to get the most qualified eyes looking at the issue.
https://comalatech.zendesk.com/
From the Confluence side, are you seeing this user appear in a search or when you try to share a page with them? If not you may want to perform a reindex from scratch as outlined in the document below.
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/Rebuild+the+Content+Indices+from+Scratch
There may have been something in the normal operation of Confluence that corrupted your indexes and they need to be fully rebuilt so the user you added can be indexed properly.
Please let us know if that works.
I guess I will try comalatech first. It is strange now, some pages are appearing with the correct list of group member names and some aren't.
