why is the search box only appearing in the sidebar of one of my spaces and not the other, using the documentation theme?

I know that the space tools link is supposed to be at the bottom of the side bar but it is not there on my space.  not sure what is going on.  I'm using v5.9.1.  can you offer any assistance to help me find space tools?

Hi James,

It might be because the theme has been customised. If you head to Space tools > Look and feel > Themes > Configure theme, you should be able to see if there are any customisations. If Page Tree is deselected, the search box won't appear.
