Why doesn't Crowd's audit log capture changes to user attributes?

Given that Crowd is an authentication platform, and the whole industry seems to agree that security is paramount when it comes to software like this....
Why is the Crowd audit log so vague???

Recently we've had password expiry attributes being set with no way of knowing who/what set them.

There has to be some way to capture ALL changes to user data in Crowd?
