In this topic Tuesday, I asked you all to reflect on what you could have done better, what tools you would add or subtract, if you would use any tools different;y, etc. This topic Tuesday is a checkup to see if you put any of that reflection to use! Reflecting is a great tool and can help improve groups or individuals, but if you reflect and don't make the changes you see fit then it's somewhat useless.
