Can you elaborate on what you're trying to do? Is there SSO enabled on your Jira instance, and you want to temporary workaround it?
We had Jira 8.8 running on Instance A with SSO enabled and we created replica of Instance A with same version 8.8 and move the data with XML backup option after starting the instance we are unable to login in the new instance.
So looking for a solution how to disable SSO from backend.
@Mahesh Chiliveri - hi Mahesh, are you using Jira Server or Jira Data Center?
What add-on was used to enable SSO previously?
If you're on Jira DC, this might help: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/bypass-saml-authentication-for-jira-data-center-869009810.html
@Mahesh Chiliveri Hey, Mihesh! I'm going to go ahead and move this to the Jira collection, so you can get the best possible answers. 😄
