Introducing the "Runs on Atlassian" badge: The app information you need, at your fingertips

We’re thrilled to share that the latest Atlassian Marketplace badge is now live! Runs on Atlassian will now appear on qualifying apps, offering a new level of transparency and trust for our customers. All Runs on Atlassian apps are built on Forge, Atlassian’s next-gen developer platform, but not all Forge apps qualify for Runs on Atlassian. In order to get the badge, an app must:

• Only use Atlassian-hosted compute and storage

• Provide data residency in the same regions as Atlassian apps

• Allow customers to control data egress and block it at any time, if desired

The new Runs on Atlassian filter in the Marketplace shows only apps that meet the criteria

This badge is programmatically verified, ensuring that only apps meeting strict requirements earn this mark of trust.
