Working on : Exploring and implementing Jira for company wide business processes and interdepartmental initiative / project management
After setting up our IT instance for software development and PM and stuff we started in 2016 with a "business instance" to support common business processes (like invoice handling, customer complaints, audit managament, contract management and more) - always interesting what kind of ideas rise up for the usage of JIRA for completely different topics...!
Can definitely confirm this @Marco Nowak - makes Atlassian Consulting quite an interesting work to do :)
