4.6.x release notes

I'd love to have some release notes for 4.6.0 and 4.6.1, the current release notes only mention 4.5.x

You are actually referring to Crucible release notes. However those should be also updated to this page - https://confluence.atlassian.com/crucible/crucible-4-6-release-notes-954257440.html
