As described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/About+the+Lines+of+Code+Metric, LOC process in FishEye by default counts blanks and commented lines.
Is there a way to tell fishEye not to count blanks and comments towards de LOC metrics?

Unfortunately this feature is not yet available in Fisheye, though you might be interested in this feature request:
