Fisheye Time Format

My current Fisheye time format is in GMT. Where and how can I change this setting?

You can change the instance time zone globally (go to Admin / Global Settings / Server, click "Edit settings" in "Server Settings" section and amend "Server timezone", see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/Configuring+the+FishEye+Web+Server), or per individual user (go to "Profile Settings" / "Display Settings", https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/Changing+your+user+profile).
