Crucible online backup without bringing the application down

Hi,

I am trying to take the backup of crucible data and the application goes down, UI shows crucible under maintenance and this backup takes more than an hour after which backup was aborted to bring back the application up.So looking for methods to take the backup without bringing down the application and affecting users.

It's not possible to take a Fisheye&Crucible backup without taking the application into maintenance mode. Such situation could lead to data inconsistency therefore there's no such feature.
