Crucible connection

I have installed an eval license for Crucible under Windows 10. I can access it from localhost when on that machine, but from another machine I cannot connect. I can ping the PC by name or IP, but name:8060 and IP:8060 both fail to connect.

Clearly I'm doing something wrong. Can anybody enlighten me?

You may want to check Windows Firewall settings, perhaps port 8060 is blocked?
