The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)

When Connecting Fisheye with MSSQL It is giving that error.

I Resolved the issue by using that connection String

jdbc:sqlserver://localhost:1433;encrypt=true;trustServerCertificate=true;sslProtocol=TLSv1.2;databaseName=Fisheye;

"Fisheye is my database name".

And Also change the driver to mssql-jdbc-8.4.1.jre8 by going in bin directory.
