UTF-8 in a CVS repository is showing as 2 x ASCII characters instead of as 1 x UTF character

Is there any way to get Crucible/Fisheye 2.7.8 to display UTF characters instead of splitting them into two ASCII ones? The repository is in CVS, and the code is in a string (obviously).

Have you set the charset in your repository definition?

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/CVS

If you set this to UTF-8 you should see the content as expected.
