February is yet another busy month for myself:
Covid cases raise alot since Chinese New Year, and the number is still raising by the time I am typing this. Unlike the situation in previous quarters, this time there's lot more friend of mine got tested positive. Although the illness isn't critical, I do hope everyone stay safe and take great care to themselves.
Provided my speech to visakhapatnam in early Feb, sharing my Agile transformation experience. It was a good exchange with local leaders, and I do recall some of them joined from other cities. For those who has interest, you can refer to this url:
The other challenging thing is helping my company to restructure from one big Agile team (we do have different focus sub-teams) into Squad way of working. Some ceremonies, chapter alignment, how to have a focus team while reducing silos as a whole team is yet another challenge. I wasn't expecting the initial setting will be perfect, more importantly is how we enact, reflect and adjust as a team, finger cross.
Well, my little daughter born on 23-Feb, yet another milestone in my life, starting another cycle of sleepless nights
It's an exciting February I should say, but yet more is coming in March. I am co-hosting Jira Align and Enterprise Agility with Mark Cruth from US. This is a tools from Atlassian’s enterprise agile planning platform, helps firms coordinate and plan at the program, portfolio and enterprise level, so make sure you won't miss this for the latest feature.
As mentioned in my previous post, we are starting off a series of international industrial exchange. Our first stop will be Australia, speakers from Enterprise, Government and Private companies, during the session we will talk about working environment, culture and practical/tools
I am also looking for speakers in Canada/US, please ping me if you are interested =)
