Hi Everyone

 

 I have used  Jira Service Management for about 5 years

 

We use JSM as BPM system , comprehensive solution including Insight + eazyBI + automation + Scriptrunner .

 

We love JSM and live the heavy rock metal style advertisement of JSM .

Hi Tom, great to hear how much you love JSM! Since you’re using JSM as a BPM system with Insight, eazyBI, automation, and Scriptrunner, have you already tried Flower BPM for JSM? It integrates BPMN modeling and automation directly into Jira, making process management even more structured and scalable. Would love to hear your thoughts on it!
