Is it possible to convert a Jira Align 'Epic' to 'Feature' ?

I don't think it is possible.  You could export the Epic and then import it as a Feature after you make a few edits.

Thanks for your prompt response @Allan Maxwell . Any plans on bringing move functionality to jira align? LIke the one we have in JIra?

Not that I am aware of.  You can make a product suggestion on the Community page though.
