Can you please elaborate on how to create PI checklist to show up in program room?
Hey Vandana!
Try navigating to the Program Room. In the center-top of the screen is a "View Configuration" button. Select that button and you'll be provided an option to toggle on the PI Checklist. Try that and see if this resolves your issue. ~ Derek
Thank you for your response. I see the PI check list card in the Program room but cannot see any checklist assigned to the room. How do we create Checklists?

@Vandana Kurapati - I'd recommend checking out the Checklist Help Page.
This will show you how to create a Checklist in Jira Align. To get a checklist to appear in a Program Room, make sure to select the following options during creation...
View: Public
Usage: Shared
Shared with: Room
Portfolio: Select the applicable Portfolio (a Program Room checklist can be unique by Portfolio, meaning each Program in a Portfolio would use the same checklist).
Hope this helps!

Thank you Mark. I do not see Checklist option in the configuration bar. Also checked to see if there are any settings in the role. Could not find it there as well.

@Vandana Kurapati - do you see the following icon at the top right of your screen? Should look like a clipboard icon. Click on that to access / create checklists. Let me know if you don't see it.

Thank you Mark. I can see it now :-) I was thinking that icon is for training simulations. I missed to see this.
