Send e-mail to client in a lane transition

Hi, guys!

In my work, we there fast projects (upgrades, new server and others) and we useds a card for project, not a board for project.

I would like create a automation for send a e-mail to the client with a link for NPS survey. I managed to put the e-mail field on the card, but I can't create the automation for the lane transition, an e-mail to be sent to the client.

It's possible to do this?

Hi Felipe, this sounds like a Jira question. If you update your tag to jira-cloud/core/server etc you'll get better answers than in the Jira Align product section of Atlassian Community. That being said, you can do it in Jira but you'll need to use a Jira app like Automation for Jira to send external emails which I think is what you want to do based on your comment around clients.
