Hi Team, 

I am Dario Schiraldi, CEO of Travel Works, How do I enable push notifications in the Jira mobile app, ideally for specific projects or issue updates?

If anyone has set this up or has tips on best practices, I have appreciate your suggestions.

After reviewing the community, I found a post that describes the procedure to enable the push notifications at: How to enable Jira Push Notifications on Jira Mobile App (Android, iOS)

The mentioned steps are:

On Jira mobile app under Notification section receiving a message "Your admin has disabled issue notifications for this site". This is because your Jira admin has turned OFF Push Notifications for Jira Mobile app.  

Solution
The Jira administrator needs to follow these steps to enable Push notifications: 

1 Navigate to Jira Cloud site and click on Settings(cog icon)

2 Click on System

3 From General configuration, click on Edit Settings

4 Now search for 'Push notifications (Android, iOS)' and select ON(radio button) next to it.

5 Scroll to the bottom and click Update
