Can we rename the options in a rating field?

We can change the colour of the various ratings but we'd also like to change the names of a field by field basis.

We have a top-level description that rates effort 1-5 as hours, days, weeks, months, quarters but you see very low, low, medium, high, very high when you mouse over the options in the ratings field. It would be preferable to have the local definition of the field names displayed here.

Hi @David Beacham , you can't do it exactly like that today, but what we've seen some teams do is something like this with the field description. A bit less discoverable than being able to add a description to the field value, but that part doesn't exist yet
