Hi everyone,
We’re currently using Jira Service Management (Cloud) and are looking for a way to streamline access for our internal users.
Is there a way to automatically integrate users from Active Directory (via Azure AD or any other SSO method) as portal customers in JSM, so that they can access the portal without having to manually create or register an account?
We’d like to:
Allow employees to access the Help Center using their AD credentials
Avoid requiring them to go through the sign-up or invitation process
Ensure the user directory stays synced with our AD
If anyone has configured something similar or can point to documentation or apps that help with this, I’d really appreciate the insight!

You'll need to purchase Atlassian Guard in order to have your users synced directly from Azure AD to JSM as portal only customers.
