JPD Idea creation form- Mandatory and Optional fields

Hi Team,

Is it possible to make few fields mandatory and few fields optional while customizing the idea creation form in JPD? Right now it looks like all or none.

For example, my Contributors view has 4 fields and I need to make only 2 fields mandatory which is not possible now.
