Rename "Create an idea" to "Create"

The button "Create an idea" is confusing some people as in not every team, department, or personal mind the word "idea" is used. Some (still) use/prefer "request", "demand", "chance", etc.

So how about re-labeling the button to just "Create"?

And, by doing this, you may update any other label or description, where a specific reference to the word "idea" is not needed. E.g. in the search field you may use "Search below" or "Search backlog" instead of "Find an idea in this view".

The find function only searches that view, so "Find in this view" would be OK as it makes that clear.
