Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×Hello,
We are currently trying the beta and are wonder how we can share our idea roadmap with non JIRA users in a dynamic way. Is there some way other than the PNG export that can accomplish this? Ideally we would be able to surface this information in an iframe or password protected link that can be put on a webpage.
Thanks!
Hi, it is currently not possible but it is something we plan to revisit in the future. We're trying to think of the best way to handle this
Is there any update on the above @Tanguy Crusson
Perhaps in the context of the new publishing feature in Confluence that is about to be rolled out? Thanks!
Hi, yes it's something we're currently working on: the ability to share views with people who don't have a Jira license (inside or outside the company). They will need an Atlassian account though, which they can create for free on https://id.atlassian.com
We'll post something in the community when the feature's ready to try!
A hackey solution - is this something that could be iFrame'd into a platform using the "read only" view for logged in JIRA users?
Any updates on this original question from 2022?
I need a way to share a roadmap with people in the company. We have the client side version of Jira but not the cloud version (Jira Product Discovery).
Hi, yes, from the FAQ:
There are two options to share roadmaps in Jira Product Discovery:
Note that you can embed published views in Confluence pages (just copy and paste the link to a published view in a Confluence page)
