I started at a new company that wiped their last IT team, and have no credentials to anything, including the Jira ticketing system that was in place.
It is in Jira Service Management, and I am on a device that has no connection to Atlassian or Jira whatsover.
No one in my company has any clue what the admin credentials were, or even what username was used to sign in.
Since Atlassian has no support hub or anyone that I can contact, what do I do?
Hello @Niko Radlovic
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Is the URL of the Atlassian site still known?
Are there people still able to access the product as users?
Are they paying for their use of Atlassian products?
Did they give you an email address in a domain registered to them?
If the product subscription was set up by somebody using an email address in the same domain as the one assigned to you, then there is a chance that Atlassian will help.
Go to this page and open a case asking for help in getting another person set as an Organization admin.

Atlassian will try to verify that your request is legitimate. If they can then they will help you.
I do have the URL I believe, or what I believe it to be. The ticketing system still is in place but users were told not to submit since I have no admin access. At this point I am unsure if they are paying, but it is something I am waiting back to hear. I wasn't given anything related to this, except an example support request. I believe it was setup as someone in the previous IT team. I will follow that link you posted, thanks for the help!
