I updated my workflow in production server by importing a new workflow from test server.
Both old and new workflow has approval status.
After importing, some tickets that are in waiting for approval(new custom created status) status does not let approver to approve/decline ticket but all user now can approve/decline ticket.
Some approval works. but when it don't all users have the ability to approve/decline.
Also when it works, when viewing the ticket, there is an extra approval required field on the right side.
whereas it doesnt appear when everyone can approve/decline..
Seeking help as soon as possible as this is affecting a lot of tickets newly created and old tickets
